Explorers Summer Camp

As our most senior campers at NBS, Explorers gain a wider perspective on connectedness to the natural world through hands-on experiences, team-building activities, and practical experiments. Explorers develop real life skills in orienteering, creative problem solving, stewardship, and mentorship. Weekly night hikes are a beloved highlight for this group!

Coastal Summer Camp

At our Coastal Education Center (CEC) and Third Beach campus, campers ages 8-11 experience the seashore through a naturalist's lens. By investigating the marine environment and coastal habitats, understanding the creatures and plants that live there, and learning about local coastal ecology, campers are enriched with a deeper knowledge and respect for our oceans and shorelines.
