Support our mission and continue Mabel Norman Cerio's legacy.

We protect and defend the Sanctuary's 300 acres for the benefit of our community and the wildlife that desperately needs open space to thrive. But we cannot fight the many challenges we face – increasingly intense storms, growing development pressure, engaging the next generation – without your help.

Protect open space, wildlife habitat, and the next generation of environmental stewards by making a gift today.

Help Us Protect Paradise

Whether you've hiked the trails once or you visit the Norman Bird Sanctuary every week, we ask you to reflect on the Sanctuary's impact in your life and consider making a gift this fall.

The Norman Bird Sanctuary is one of very few preserved historic coastal New England farms that embody our region’s cultural significance and scenic character. It is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places and in the state-designated Paradise Loop Scenic Byway. As we tackle the challenges ahead, we need your help protecting this special place.

We have a special opportunity to invest $1 million in the Sanctuary’s long-term protection. When we raise $500,000 toward our stewardship endowment, the Alletta Morris McBean Charitable Trust will match every dollar.

We have already raised $100,000 toward this matching challenge grant. Will you help us by making a gift before December 31?
