Together with skilled mushroom hunting teachers, Ryan Bouchard and Emily Schmidt, learn all about the basics of wild mushroom science and the local in-season species that are considered safe for beginners to cook with.
Following the lecture, step into the forest and explore the world of mushroom identification! Learn about the crucial role that mushrooms play in our local ecosystems and the safe methods to experiencd the world of wild mushrooms. Attendees should bring cameras or phones with ringers off.
