We invite you to join us Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:30 inside Mabel’s Studio for a gentle yoga practice and mindfulness meditation. Come experience these unique, inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, nature-centered atmosphere. These weekly classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility & relaxation. Please wear comfy athletic clothing, bring your yoga mat and a thick blanket. The suggested donation is $20 with a portion of all funds going directly to support Norman Bird Sanctuary.
